JUGGLING BENCHMARK METRICS

U9-U10 JUGGLE
 
  • U9-U10 From Hands 

    • Bounce/laces/bounce/catch X10 on EACH foot

    • Bounce/laces/catch x10 on EACH foot

    • Laces/catch x10 on EACH foot
       

  • U9-U10 From Ground

    • Pop up/catch x10 

    • Pop up/bounce/laces x10 on EACH foot

    • Pop up/laces/catch x10 on EACH foot

    • Pop up/laces and keep it up. Begin counting how many touches you can get

BENCHMARKS - 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 

U11-U12 JUGGLE
 
  • U11-U12 From Ground

    • Pop up/catch x10 

    • Pop up/bounce/laces x10 on EACH foot ALTERNATING 

    • Pop up/laces/catch x10 on EACH foot

    • Pop up/laces and keep it up. Begin counting how many touches you can get in 5:00 minutes
       

  • U11-U12 Once You Have Reached 20

    • Roll with your right and pop up with your right then Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your left and pop up with your left then Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your right and pop up with your left then Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your left and pop up with your right then Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your right and stall with your right then lift and Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your left and stall with your left then lift and Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your right and stall with your left then lift and Juggle to 20

    • Roll with your left and stall with your right then lift and Juggle to 20

U13-U15 JUGGLE
  • U13-U15 From Ground

    • Pop up and keep it up Count how many touches you can get in 5:00
       

  • U13-U15 Ladder Progressional

    • Juggle 1 and 1 on each foot, without dropping then 2 and 2 on each foot, keep the ball up and go to 3 and 3 on each foot, continue with this pattern adding an additional touch to each side. If you drop the ball or take a touch on the wrong side then start over again. The goal is: Juggle to 10 and 10
       

  • U13-U15 Sitting on Ground

    • Without using your hands, use feet to get the ball up in the air while sitting on the ground, use any legal body part to keep the ball from hitting the ground (laces, instep, shins, head, chest). The goal is: Juggle to 10
       

  • U13-U15 Headers

    • From the ground pop the ball up and get to your head and keep it there, the goal is: Juggle to 10
       

  • U13-U15 Once You Have Reached 25

    • Roll with your right and pop up with your right then Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your left and pop up with your left then Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your right and pop up with your left then Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your left and pop up with your right then Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your right and stall with your right then lift and Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your left and stall with your left then lift and Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your right and stall with your left then lift and Juggle to 40

    • Roll with your left and stall with your right then lift and Juggle to 40
       

  • U13-U15 Partner 

    • With a partner, starting from the ground, get the ball up and juggle back and forth. The amount of touches a person takes doesn’t matter. Count how many times you get the ball from one person to the other. The goal is: Juggle to 15

U16-U18 JUGGLE
  • U16-U18 From Ground

    • Pop up and keep it up Count how many touches you can get in 5:00

  • U16-U18 Ladder Progressional

    • Juggle 1 and 1 on each foot, without dropping then 2 and 2 on each foot, keep the ball up and go to 3 and 3 on each foot, continue with this pattern adding an additional touch to each side. If you drop the ball or take a touch on the wrong side then start over again. The goal is: Juggle to 20 and 20

  • U16-U18 Sitting on Ground

  • U16-U18 Headers

    • With a partner, starting from the ground, get the ball up and juggle back and forth. The amount of touches a person takes doesn’t matter. Count how many times you get the ball from one person to the other. The goal is: Juggle to 25

    • How many headers can you and a partner combine for, again only from person to person counts. The goal is: Juggle to 25
       

  • U16-U18 Surfaces

    • How many surfaces can you hit without dropping the ball? The goal is to hit all 14 without dropping the ball: *Right: instep, laces, outstep, heal, thigh (5) *Left: instep, laces, outstep, heal, thigh (+5) *Chest, head, right shoulder, left shoulder (+4).
       

  • U16-U18 Walking

    • Start on the end line of a field (or lay out two markers that are 18 yards apart) and pop the ball up any way you want. Then begin to walk 18 yards juggling forward. What you hit the line/marker juggle backwards coming back. The goal is to juggle for 5:00 going forward and backward: Zero Drops.
